This service includes whole-process engineering project management, coordination management, and optional professional services including investment consultation, surveying, design, cost consultation, bidding agentry, supervision, operation maintenance consulting and BIM consulting. “The Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Sustained and Sound Development of the Construction Industry” (No.19 [2017] of the General Office of the State Council) emphasize on the development of the whole process engineering consulting methodology. Which is to help engage thorough constitution modes, enhance coordination, increase construction unit efficiency, and economize construction investments for the high-quality development of engineering constructions.
In 1993, Wangtat took the lead in using the whole process engineering management model to provide management and technical services including locational research, investment decision-making, project actualizing, and operational maintenance. With diverse and successful experiences, Wangtat is the first “Experimental Engineering Project Management Enterprise Project Created by a Supervision Company” in China and the “Experimental unit for whole process engineering consulting”.
