Twenty years ago, Wangtat had the foresight to grasp the issues of Chinese architecture energy efficiency, industrial energy efficiency, and the need for healthy & ecological living environments. Hence, Wangtat gathered professional forces to research and open energy efficiency businesses for the architectural industry. We established comprehensive technological systems and teams which made us one of the first “Energy Efficiency Service Units” recorded by the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China, the Guangdong Development and Reform Commission, and the Economic & Information Commission of Guangdong Province. We are also one of the first group of enterprises to obtain the “Certificate for Chinese Energy Efficient Products”, making us a pioneering service provider of energy-efficient technologies.
Wangtat strives to provide whole-process energy efficiency solutions and technological cooperation for energy-efficient projects. Using scientific methodologies, we analyse general energy cost and efficiency for projects, evaluate various energy efficiency measures in construction schemes, propose suggestive optimization plans and reports for energy efficiency. We take hold of energy monitoring, supervision and measurements of operational projects, energy efficiencies and consumptions of main facilities or technological systems; we analyse energy balance & material balance and formulate reasonable and feasible transformation plans for energy efficiency.
